Purchase claims
Check each claim in your Stripe Dashboard (search the checkout ID or the customer's email) before approving. Approving marks the user as a verified buyer so they can review that bot.
Custom bot requests
Each customer can have one pending request. Approving or declining it lets them send a new one. The optional reply is shown on their account page.
Reviews
Only approved reviews are shown on the website. Rejected reviews can be edited and resubmitted by the customer.
Users
"Send password reset" emails the user a secure link to choose a new password. You can also grant or revoke verified purchases here.
Products
The bots customers can register purchases and write reviews for. Keep these matching your Stripe products.
