1. Your account

• You need an account to buy, download and review bots, and to send custom requests.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your device, browser and Discord account secure. We are not responsible for any loss or misuse of your account, your Discord access or your data caused by a compromised device, malware, browser extensions, or someone else using your computer.
• You must be at least 18 to buy, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
• Don't share your account or your downloads with anyone.

2. What you're buying

Our premade bots are digital products, delivered as downloadable files. Each bot's features are described on the website. To run a bot you need your own Discord application and a host that runs Node.js. Hosting is not included.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, under Stripe's own privacy policy. We never see your card details. Prices are shown before you pay.

4. Delivery

Buy while logged in. After payment, your download unlocks in your account, usually within a few seconds. If it doesn't, submit your purchase from your account page or contact us. You can download your bot again from your account at any time.

5. No refunds

All sales are final. Because our bots are digital products delivered immediately, we don't offer refunds once a purchase is complete. By buying, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal as soon as the download is available in your account.

We don't give refunds for change of mind, for problems caused by your host, your setup or changes you made to the code, or for changes made by Discord. If a bot doesn't work as described, open a ticket in our Discord server and we'll help fix it.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us may lead to your account and downloads being suspended. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can't be excluded.

6. Your licence

After paying, you may use the bot on Discord servers you own or manage, and change its code for your own use. You may not resell, share, publish or give away the bot's files or code, offer it to others as a service, or remove our name from it. We keep all rights to our bots and website.

7. Custom bot requests

You can have one open request at a time. A request is not an order: price, features and timeline are agreed with you on Discord before any work starts. We may decline any request.

8. Reviews

Only verified buyers can review a bot. Reviews must be honest and must not contain offensive or illegal content. We check reviews before publishing and may refuse or remove them, but we never change their words.

9. Acceptable use

Don't use our bots or website to break Discord's rules, spam or harm others, attack our systems, or get downloads without paying.

10. Support

Support is given through tickets in our Discord server, for installing the bot and for problems with the bot as delivered. We can't support code you have changed.

11. Liability

Our bots are provided with reasonable care. As far as the law allows, our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data.

12. Account suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, for example by sharing paid files. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't apply to purchases made before them.
